After about an hour of meditation, Nolin regained some of his strength and was able to sit up. In that one hour, Nolin's wounds closed and seemed to have started healing, but were nowhere healed yet. He scratched his head and looked up, and as he looked up for a brief moment, he was surrounded by a yellow aura, but it was barely noticeable. Nolin quickly looked around the area once again, then stood up.

"Maybe I can go back to that cave... I could find something useful there."

Mumbled Nolin, and after he shook his hands, he proceeded to walk.

"I don't know what happened during my previous fight... It was strange... It felt like I was staring at people's souls or manifestations of magical power... Something had happened to me that I am not yet aware of! When I get to the cave I will have to examine myself properly. I don't know, I don't want to end up dying because of something I could have prevented... But now that I think about it might be something beneficial as well; since I think I am a bit stronger than I should be at my current level. Defeating four of those knights is quite an achievement... And also, I was quite tired at that time! Hm... Also, some kind of weapon would be nice, these knights have quite sturdy armour, and I have to focus most of my power on cutting them."

Thought Nolin, as he was walking towards his destination. He didn't know how long he was walking, as the glow of the barrier gave the impression that it was constantly daytime; Nolin only knew that he was walking for quite some time until he finally reached the cave which he had left some time ago.

"Strange... I haven't been attacked yet; could it be that they only attack once a day; or once every two days? I have lost my sense of time, so it might also be that they already knew I was going to come back to this place! Either way... I must be cautious!"

Uttered Nolin as he quickly stepped into the cave. He was slowly walking deeper and deeper until he reached the chamber with the pit.

"Nothing... Now let's see what is in the deeper parts of this cave!"

Thought Nolin and he moved further into the cave. He was walking on a long but narrow corridor; its walls were uneven and cracked but had many tiny green gems in them which were glowing, and as Nolin walked past them, they seemingly started glowing brighter for a few seconds. As Nolin was walking he suddenly increased his peace and just walked straight forward without hesitation. The corridor soon led him to another large chamber. The room had three giant crystals in it. A green one, which was located in front of the corridor through which Nolin entered the room. The other two were on the sides of that same wall. One of them was light blue coloured, and underneath it was a large pool of similarly blue liquid, which was slowly flowing from the crystal. And the last crystal was black; it seemingly consumed the light emitted by crystals in the room; a small area around it was dark; as if no light was able to reach that part of the chamber.

Nolin slowly gazed upon the three large crystals, and then a smirk appeared on his face, and he walked closer to the green one. The crystal was slightly smaller than Nolin's but was wider. The moment Nolin stopped walking, he grabbed the crystal, and it started glowing brightly, so brightly that Nolin had to close and cover his eyes; thus, he instantly let go of it. Then he moved over to the pool under the blue crystal, dipped one of his fingers in the liquid and stared at it; eventually, he shook his hand and then sat down.

"These crystals... I am so lucky I have decided to come back here! I could use them to create suitable equipment to have a higher chance of survival! Although it will most likely take me quite some time, as I am still quite weak... But no matter how long it takes, I will do it! The blue liquid from the blue crystal will help me stay alive, and heal me properly, along with slightly helping me get stronger... I think my saviour diluted this blue stuff with something... that is why that was green coloured... It was definitely something strange... Maybe it has something to do with the strange vision I had previously!"

Said Nolin and he took a sip of the blue liquid and then looked at the ceiling

" Yeah... this is much denser and purer than that green thing..."

Added Nolin and moments later he closed his eyes and started concentrating.

"What the hell is this?! It is some kind of parasite... But in a seemingly beneficial way... this thing is healing my wounds... Strange..."

He thought and then took a deep breath, and momentarily laid down.

"What to do, what to do? I could use the green one to create a quite durable weapon, and use the back one for other purposes, but before that, I still need to check that out to be sure that it is suitable for what I have in mind... Then again, maybe if I try to reach the third tier, I could speed up the process, and also could focus on healing myself better... but who knows when will I be attacked again... I decided... I have to focus on getting stronger!"
