Chapter 92: Chapter 90: Homura vs Gekkou!

*MC POV*

As anyone could have guessed it.

Sasuke had little patience for Naruto's antics and was knocked out of the ring.

Not even 2 minutes had passed since the match started.

Though it felt longer.

Naruto is truly very persistent guy.

I'm starting to see why he will become so much stronger in the future.

 

-Damn it! I will get him next time!(Naruto)

- ? Oh!... you're bound to get him eventually. (I guess)

- yeah...

We watched the other matches after that...

Dog boy lost Bug boy

So the only ones left are me, bug boy, Uchiha and gekkou guy.

By the way, I'll be fighting gekkou guy next.

I wanted to have a shot a bug boy.

He is surprisingly strong.

...He is hiding what he can do.

But I doubt he can beat Sasuke though... but both never did show their real strength.

But seeing how bug boy moves, Sasuke should be much faster.

- Next match! (sensei)

I heard Sensei announce the next match.

So having no other choice, I went to the ring and did the whole shebang, till Oryo sensei gave us the signal.

As I get ready to start the fight, gekkou guy started talking.

- I really wanted to fight you, homura! The honor of my father will be restored. (Gekkou guy)

-What!? Where is this coming from? And you've holding a grudge against me? We eat lunch together and I even helped you in your classwork!!(Is this what j*sus felt? )

-...that is that, and this is this! I have to protect the honour of my clan! En guarde, Homura!(Gekkou guy)

-jeez! This class is truly full of weirdos. Oryo sensei must be going to bed, crying himself to sleep every night.

- *nerve* Stop talking and start already!(sensei)

After sensei reminded us kindly of what we should be doing, we resumed our fight.

I again waited for my opponent to charge at me.

My skill is less effective at predicting attacks when they are initiated by me.

It is unfortunate, but there's no way around it.

It calculates things, not granting miracles.

Wanting to break the deadlock, Gekkou guy went for my legs with leg sweep.

But I easily dodged by darting sideways. But then he chained a combo of attacks that were too fast for me to rely on my skill.

Not that I can't predict them.

But I can see how he beat dog boy.

Regardless of the speed I was able to parry them with no issues.

-...*heavy breathing* you truly are strong Homura! No wonder you ranked 1st.(Gekkou guy)

-...sure...(Ranked 1st? ranked 1st on what?)

-but I have found your weakness while watching all your fights!(Gekkou guy)

Gekkou guy charged at me full force but instead of avoiding I grabbed his arm when tried to strike me!

Then he tried to retaliate with a kick but I counter it with my leg as well. Then, I made him lose balance by hitting his other leg.

-urgh!? I-it's not over yet!(Gekkou guy)

He went for straight hook I wanted to avoid it by jumping away but I waited until it was close enough, literally a few inches a way from my face to stop it.

I caught his arm with my left hand  almost at the nick of the moment of impact.

It was the only way I could grab him.

Since he was simply too fast to let me grab him without getting his attention and him knowing any better.

-sorry about this but...

I then made him turn around using the arm I had caught prior, then grabbed his other arm with my free hand and jumped over him.

-W-what?(Gekkou guy)

-*smirk*

I then use the strength of the flip, to hold my arms tighter to lift and throw him outside the circle.

-...winner Homura!(Sensei)

As soon as the teacher declared me the winner I  raise my fist in the air and closed my eyes before going back to the other guys.

-woah, did you see what Homura did?(???)

- he threw Gekkou outside the field by using the strength of his fall.(???)

-...he truly is strong... who do you think will win?...him or Sasuke?(???)

-who knows but I want to see.(???)

I don't recognize the guys talking but I can see that they are good guys unlike some other guys I do.

-Tche! that bastard homura was hiding his strength all this time. (Toshi)

- pfft! I'm still much stronger than him! He would have lost if he had faced me. (Kiba)

-(I really hate those 2 assh*les.)

- Next match Sasuke vs Shino!(Sensei)

I head out of the field and join the rest.

I could tell they were impressed, jealous and some still had doubts written all over their face.

Good!

From now on the show Naruto ended!

A new show will take its place!

Called Homura... and its phenomenal sequel, Homura shippuden!!!
