Uh... the door didn’t open though. What in the...?
I pushed again to open the door, yet again it didn’t budge. Is it locked? Was I supposed to have the key? Well, I don’t, so...
Now what? Do... I just go back to my room? I mean social interaction sucks anyway.
I felt nervous so I tried again and when I kept all my force into it the door opened.
On itself, therefore, obviously by laws of physics that for some reason are still existent in a damn novel, I fall. Face forward. This was going to hurt. Oh, wait no, not really.
However, before I was close to encountering the stars up close, I was caught by the waist and kept in some kind of dip position. Like you know when people do the tango or some shit. Or wait was it waltz? I don’t know or care about dances, however I have a feeling I must know. What a pain.
Thing is, now I’m held by the waist by a dark eyed and dark blue haired boy with glasses. Ding! Ding! You guessed it! Its Elliot Calypso. Another male lead who’s apparently a pain!
“Fall for me that hard, huh?” He smirked. “Let me go, Sir Calypso,” I said giving no reaction to what he just said. He does so without complaint. I dusted myself off especially where he touched me.

He kept his hands on his heart, trying to feign hurt, “My lady, you had no reason to do such a thing, I’m clean!”
“Sir Calypso, with all due respect, or not really, but germs are less intrusive than you were just now,” I went ahead and sat down at the sofa in the middle of the room.
“Oh~ how feisty you are today, how come? You seem angry, the all calm and cool Lady Astelle Asterion?” He sat on the sofa across me and smiled.
A memory, it made me snicker, inwardly of course. Astelle doesn’t laugh anymore.
“Wasn’t it my anger that distanced us? You shouldn’t say I’m calm or cool at all,” I picked up the teacup and sipped. I looked up at him and saw a face I didn’t expect.
Up until now, he’d been smiling, now he looks like he’s frowning but at the same time trying to smile. “How have you been lately?” He asked, ignoring the earlier comment.
How suspicious. Does he still somehow care? For Astelle? I have to test this. No, it might give me away. Just small and formal replies for now.
“I’m alright, and how about Sir Calypso?” He smiled and talked about his days. This seems like friendship. Then why does he ignore her completely in the novel? I... can’t remember. What’s going on here?
My memories, mine not Astelle’s. I can’t remember them. I should go to my room later and see those notes I wrote. I did guess my memories would go at one point. I just didn’t think this soon.
