I was sitting in the courtyard in a state of meditation, gathering and refining chakra throughout my body.

I had become a member of the Freya Familia.

To my surprise, when I accepted Freya's offer after the goddess had agreed, I wouldn’t have lived at the familia mansion.

 But to my surprise, the system awarded me a building and property on the opposite side of the street of Folkvangr, and behind the shop was a courtyard and a small villa that I would live in from now on.

It had been a month since my smithy and shop were doing amazing  I was even visited by several of the gods and goddesses of the forge looking to pouch me, but they left after I told them I had no desire to leave Freya Familia.

The only goddess of the forge that never attempted what the other had was lady Hephaestus.

But we just had a nice chat as she watched me forge a beautiful ice blue katana that I later bestowed a blessing I named ‘The cherry blossom blizzard slash.’

In this attack, when the user channels their energy through the blade, it can send a burst of ice petals that will pass through the target's defense and be dyed with the target's blood.

Changing the white petals to a brilliant and vibrant pink will look like their real cherry blossom petal drifting through the wind.

There is also a seventy-five percent chance the target will be frozen or suffer frostbite in injured areas.

The goddess deep wine-red eye sparkled as I demonstrated it to her in my courtyard.

Otherwise, I had picked up a few jobs outside the familial with other adventures who had heard about my shop.

 The rest of my customers were for the maintenance and repair for fellow familial members when the shops they usually visit couldn’t get into their usual shops.

 Still, they needed repairs or maintenance to go back to the dungeon.

But I have earned a nickname when it comes to most of the male members of the familial as I insist on being paid for the materials.

 At the very least, depending on how much time it takes to repair, if it is not a quick job, I require them to pay half of the regular rate, which earned me the label ‘Bastard Smith.’

This nickname was furious, especially when the male members eventually learned I didn’t require any of this from female members, and I heard from many of the males I was a true bastard.

Those thoughts ended as I finished the last cycle of the paths and filled all the different energies inside myself.

I slowly stood up and cracked my neck; then, I looked around before breathing slowly in and out.

I slowly walked into my smithy room, retrieved both of the soul-bound items, and placed both in the empty area for the soul-bound items.

I then began working on a set of dual blades for a  large-breasted Silver-haired young cat beast woman I dubbed the Danemachi version of Ghislaine as she also had an eye patch.

I began shaping the dual daggers with a metal I had created that carried a unique fire element inside the base metal.

I kept hammering and reheating the metal, slowly forming into the proper shape.

When someone knocked at the door of my smith, I sat the daggers down on my anvils to cool, and I then stored the soul-bound items before I went to see who was visiting.

As I opened the door, I saw Freya standing outside; she was smiling before she said;

“Are you busy with something?”

I smiled and said ;

“Never when it comes to you, my goddess!”

She nodded and then said,

“In that case, can I ask you to craft something ?”

I nodded, and the two of us left the smithy and made our way to the shop where my office was so I could take down the information on the item she wanted.
