A series of information rushed into my head.

I opened my eyes. 'As expected, it sends the information straight to their headquarters... I just need to give them the wrong information and send them somewhere else.'

I grinned.

'Nice!' I used my Technology Manipulation on the cyborg.

Then a loading screen appeared. It would take time since my skill was still level 1. It would increase every time I used it.

A new menu appeared, showing all the commands I could use on it.

'The dark lord crystal escaped from Trexta and back to the Cybernetic's territory.'

I smiled. I could completely control it. I could do anything I wanted to.

'Fix.' I repaired the cyborg with my skill. Although it didn't fully recover, it looked like it wasn't damaged anymore.

It stood up. But this time, it didn't attack me anymore. It even didn't direct its lens to me.

Its silence signified it was reporting what happened and gave fake images to the headquarters.

After a while, it spoke with its typical robotic voice.

"Command accepted. Chasing the dark lord crystal outside Trexta City." Then it walked away.

'I hope it will go well,' I thought. If not, I and Shea had to evacuate from this hotel, which sucked, since I liked the room. At least I wanted to spend a night here and feel the soft mattress.

Accomplishing my mission, I opened my wings once again to fly to Shea. I could see her worried face clearly from here.

After I landed, she quickly approached me. From her expression, she looked like she was going to bite me.

"Why did you let it go?" she asked angrily.

"Calm down, Shea. I already take care of it." I tried to explain it to her, but she spoke again before I could say another word.

"What do you mean? It's gone already," she said with clenched teeth. "You even fixed it!" She pointed at where the cyborg went.

I just opened my mouth, but again she interrupted me.

"Didn't I say that two countries once fought over you? What if they decide to attack this city?" she reminded me once again in a harsh tone. Somehow it made me sound like a typical princess of the medieval era when the two knights dueled to get my heart.

I cringed over her statement and put my index finger on her lips. At the same time, I used my skill on her.

'Silence.'

Shea's eyes widened once she realized that she lost her voice. Her hand touched her neck. Her shock was clear in her expression.

"You should stop screaming at me and making me feel like a medieval princess," I complained once I distanced my finger away from her. " Also, don't worry. I have manipulated it."

Her eyes narrowed in suspicion. Her brows furrowed in disbelief and confusion.

"I just learned how to manipulate technology, Shea," I added my explanation.

Yet judging from her face, I didn't think she believed me. So I decided to show it.

"Watch me." I diverted my gaze to one of her drones and used my Technology Manipulation on it. Luckily, my skill had reached level 2. So I could manipulate 2 devices at the same time.

[ Guardian has been taken into your control. For now, it will obey you.]

I quickly demonstrated it.

"Guardian, come here," I commanded. My index finger pointed to where it should go.

The drone quickly followed my order. A proud grin was on my face as I enjoyed her shocked face. In an instant, her anger disappeared from her face. I couldn't help but smile when she stared at the drone, which was hovering beside me. I even petted it, as if it was a good cat.

I thought it would settle everything, but I was wrong.

A second later, I could see the anger in Shea's eyes, more than before.

I cringed.
