The relatively weak light of the full moon was like a night lamp hanging in the courtyard. It was providing enough light for one to see what was happening, but not enough to guide them in a post-apocalyptic scenario. That was not the case for B, whose vision was so clear as if it was daylight.
With a big step forward, she pushed herself up the steep mountain so fast that the blades of grass around her detached and flew up wildly in all directions. There was no stopping her now, her lust for her prey had been activated.
After hearing the scream, the witch looked down and saw a white-haired girl running at her amazingly fast. She seemed chaotic, but at the same time professional. Emer assessed the situation with calm.
"Wow! It seems like I'm forced into the show now. They would better pay me well for all this trouble," she said confidently and sighed.
A few miles up the hill had been crossed by the wild girl in a matter of seconds. She was using the trees' trunks and branches to maintain the colossal speed that she built while running up the mountain.
According to Emer's calculations, they should be meeting in exactly ten seconds.
"I'll wait for her on my throne. That's how a queen should wait for any visitor, after all," the witch said as she sat on the monster created with human flesh. She put one leg on top of the other revealing her flawless delicate skin and smiled confidently.
"Go get her, my minions."
A bunch of monsters began to swarm past the witch and down the hill towards B like spiders, but the beast girl made up her mind and continued running without hesitation. She was extremely well trained and she knew that hesitation can make the difference between life and death, between prey and hunter.
B was holding the sword to the side with her right hand, and the other hand with the sharp claws in front. She was ready for the big moment. Something could pop out from the dark between the trees of the forest any second now.
"Come!" the girl said.
A second later, monsters of all forms and sizes were crawling, running, or falling on B from up the hill. Her field of view was now filled with grotesque monsters resembling a scene as if pulled out from the underworld.
The girl swung the sword skilfully from the side to the front and cut the top half of the head of a creature that was closest to her. At the same time, she blocked the limb of a monster from stabbing her using her left foot. Her other free hand was pushing the third monster in front of her by its forehead bending its head to the back. The creature's skull was cracking under her strong grip.
"This feeling!"
With a sudden twist of the body, B crashed the skull she was holding and cut the limbs of multiple monsters with her claws and sword, resulting in blood spilling everywhere.
A second later, one of the creatures found itself floating eighty meters up in the air and the only thing it could do now was to wait and crush to death. The girl was moving so fast that not only were the people not able to read her movements, but the monsters as well.
"I'm starting to remember. More. I need more. Come at me with all you've got and make me stronger!" B said as her anger slowly transformed into joy.
Despite the numerous creatures coming down on her, B was not slowing down at all. She was slashing her way through the tunnel of monsters and up the hill with ease at an incredible speed. The girl was moving efficiently while using the environment to her advantage and not wasting any time or any more energy than she needed.
"5, 4, 3, 2--" The witch's countdown got interrupted by the beast girl that appeared in front of her earlier than she expected. She was now in the shadow of a dark silhouette with a creepy smile and sharp teeth. Covered in dark blood from all the killing and with the hair waving wildly in all directions from the strong wind, B was now resembling an actual beast that came to devour its prey.
"Found you!" The white-haired girl said smiling while she threw a punch at Emer who was standing there on her throne as if dinner was about to be served. The witch slightly moved a foot by a centimeter and managed to blind the girl using the moonlight that reflected from her shiny white boots. B got distracted for a fraction of a second and missed her target. She only felt a gentle touch at the side of her fist, and that was apparently the dorsal side hand of the witch that pushed her fist, forcing her to miss and fall forward. Emer was not even bothering to look at her.
"How infuriating!" B shouted angrily while she stuck the sword in the ground in order to rebalance and enforce the rotating kick that she was planning to use to hit her opponent. She only managed to turn halfway and the handle she was holding suddenly became slippery, making her lose her balance and kick the rock instead.
The next thing she saw was Emer's hand grabbing her stomach. Having lost her balance, B could not defend herself against the next attack, and the witch who was still sitting down expressionless knew it. A shock wave came from the elbow of the witch and out through the palm she was holding the girl with, inflicting serious pain and sending B off the steep hill.
"How? My arm is not sweaty. Was that magic? Voiceless and with no hand signs or a magic wand? Impossible! That's too powerful, unfair!"

B's stomach was hurting quite badly and she was in a free fall, but she was more preoccupied with understanding what had happened.
"Let's see. If I throw the sword right now I should get her," the girl whispered to herself as she kicked the handle of the sword, sending the weapon straight to the edge of the hill where she was falling from. The thing almost got Emer who wanted to check on the girl falling, but she managed to dodge the tip of the sword just in time by tilting her head sideways.
"Shit!"
B turned around mid-air and fell on her feet bending a knee and stretching the other leg to the side in order to ameliorate the impact of the fall as much as possible. She also put a hand in between her legs to make it even more tolerable. The girl was now in the valley between the village and the mountain she fell from.
The beast girl was not given a chance to catch her breath as she already found herself under a rain of big rocks. By jumping from side to side and hands to toes, she somehow dodged them.
Having managed to escape the barrage of rocks, B tried to go on the offensive. Right then, a rock that was ten times bigger than the rest was coming straight at her and it was too late to dodge.
"Who would've thought this village had someone of her level?" The witch was talking to herself barely impressed. Just as she thought she got her good this time, the huge rock got halved. It was an incredibly clean cut made with the rusty sword the white-haired girl was holding. It should have been impossible, but the girl's mastery of the sword was beyond comprehension, far exceeding any expectations.
Before B could see the witch situated at the other end of the rock, everything became dark. Emer was holding the girl by the face completely covering her eyes.
"Repel!" A double voice came from the witch as if two people were talking at the same time during the short incantation.
"Aaaaahhhhh!" B screamed overwhelmed by pain.
The spell the witch used was on such a high level that a crater formed under her feet, and the beast girl was sent flying backward in a straight line by undeniable forces. Feeling as if constantly pulled by something invisible, B was unable to stop this time. A few seconds later, she found herself halfway inside a five-meter-thick stone after passing through the trunks of several trees.
"Ups! Maybe a spell with an incantation was exaggerated."
Emer was now simply standing there, with her hands crossed underneath her beautifully shaped breasts, waiting for a sign from the other girl.
"I know you're not dead. If you plan to continue this pointless fight, come out now or I'll lose my interest and leave. I'm not the patient type. You feel me, white fang?" the witch laughed ridiculing the heavily injured girl, whose blood was coming out of the top of her head and painting a part of her face red.
Emer pointed two fingers at the hole in the rock as if her hand was a gun.
"Bang!" As soon as she said the word, the rock got blown into several pieces.
Sure of her victory, the witch turned her back to the beast and started walking towards the village.
Having the back turned on a strong opponent would be a beginner's mistake and she knew it, especially after seeing how resistant the girl's body was. Therefore, a human size eye formed out of pure dust in the night sky, which Emer used to watch her back. A few minutes passed and nothing happened. B had been defeated and Emer was untouched.
"That was bliss! I haven't had that much fun in a while."
Emer pushed a few strands of hair behind her ear and smiled proudly. There was not a single drop of sweat on her whole beautiful body. Now free to do whatever she wanted, the strongest witch was slowly approaching the burning village.
Emer was going to say "hi" to her sister Anta.
