We Three Alters: A Prelude to Pain and Happiness

A tale of trauma, pain, and triumph set within a nameless nation on the midst of an uprising. Three children live separate lives, but are connected by an incomprehensible force. One, a prince living in fear of their father, who's only happiness is in expressing their true self. Another, a homeless girl branded a demon, who simply wants to be accepted. The third, an unageing child who lives in secret within the princes' home. Their lives are filled with heartache as they try to move on from the scars of their past, conquering prejudice and self-loathing. Will they find the love and happiness they so desperately seek?

This story is a prequel to the in-development game "We Three Alters" by vtuber Cupcake Rebel and is meant to be the backdrop for her lore as well as the other vtubers of Anarchist Bakery.
