Once I arrived in front of the majority of super mutant corpses I sorted through them and checked for any loot while also ignoring the blood guts and pieces of flesh spread everywhere around the bodies.
About ten minutes later I sorted through a majority of the corpses other than the super mutant master that is located a bit further down the road and what I managed to loot were the six R91 Assault Rifles, three Type 93 Chinese Assault Rifles, the two 5mm Miniguns I mentioned before though in all varying states of conditions that can be fixed when I get back my new home.
As well as 36 magazines for the R91 Assault Rifles, 18 magazines for the Type 93 Chinese Assault Rifles, 8 magazines for the 5mm Miniguns, 1,483 rounds of 5.56, 3,627 rounds of 5mm, 26 Frag Grenades, and 2 Mini Nukes which luckily didn’t go off so not a bad haul overall.
When I was done going over the loot I stored away the two Mini Nukes and the 26 frag grenades away in my item box before I then had a couple of my robots equip the two miniguns since they were still in functional condition and the miniguns would be better at killing larger groups of enemies than the laser rifles they had equipped.
For the rest of the gear I had my bots load what they could carry and the rest of the loot I put away in my item box increasing my weight by quite a bit. Once that was taken care of I made my way down the road to the super mutant master and looted him as well which netted me a Browning M2 Machine Gun along with 3 magazines for it, 297 rounds of 50 MG, 5 Frag Grenades, and 1 more Mini Nuke that was immediately put away in my item box along with the rest of the loot.
I then spent the next few moments scanning the area for any potential threats. When I didn’t spot anything I continued going down the road heading east with my robots following behind me.
20 Minutes of travel later we arrived at the outskirts of the Fairfax Ruins so I brought out my Anti-Material Rifle to scan the area with the optic mounted on it. A few minutes passed by as I was scanning the area, what I found was a pretty heavy presence of raiders spread throughout the collapsing urban environment all the way from the streets to the tops of the buildings.
Well, this is going to take a while but I’m sure the xp return will be well worth the time investment. As I finished that thought I started looking for a building that my bots and I could use as cover to start clearing them out. A few moments later I found a very tall building that would suit my needs so I had my bots follow me while I deployed my stealth field around us so we could get to the building without being spotted.
Some sneaking later we reached the side of the building and circled around to the back of the building where I saw a back door was located. As soon as we got to the door I gave the handle a jiggle to see if it was unlocked and it wasn’t so I used my lockpicking ability to open it.
A second went by before I heard a click from the door signaling that it was unlocked. I then cracked the door and took a look down the hallway since my perception field didn’t extend all the way down the hallway.
Hmm, it looks to be clear, time to head inside and see if I can reach the upper floors of this building or possibly get up on top of the roof so I can start causing some mayhem. My bots and I then entered through the door before the last robot trailing behind shut the door. After that, we headed further into the building to find the stairs or some other way of getting up to the upper floors.
Minutes later I found a stairwell with my perception field so we headed in its direction and once we arrived in front of the staiwell I tried the door handle to see if it was locked and it wasn’t this time around so we headed up the stairs. About a dozen floors later we got to the highest floor in the building with unfortunately no roof access since where it would be is currently blocked by roof collapse.
We then made our way through the stairwell door to the 12th floor and headed towards the northwest side of the building which should provide a view of the Fairfax Ruins. As soon as we got close enough to the broken windows I scanned the surrounding streets and the dilapidated structures for any raiders carrying potentially lethal weapons such as Sniper Rifles, Missile Launchers, and Fat Man Mini Nuke Launchers.
10 Minutes later I had a good portion of the area around us scanned and I had managed to spot about a dozen raiders spread across the area on top of the buildings equipped with Sniper Rifles and from what I could see they seem to be relaxing so it shouldn’t be all that difficult to get the jump on them and have a good portion of them dealt with in a short period of time.

I also managed to spot a handful of raiders with missile launchers equipped though they may be more difficult to deal with given they are in the surrounding buildings behind cover spread out between floors three through five.
Hmm since they’re in cover and I don’t particularly want to get whacked by a missile launcher I might as well use those three Mini Nukes sitting in my inventory. I think I will just arm them and chuck them at their positions which should no problem killing the ones behind cover immediately as well as scaring the shit out of the rest of the raiders in the surrounding area but before that let me get my bots set up to take out the surrounding raider snipers.
When I was done planning out how I wanted to start out the upcoming battle I got all my robots with laser rifles set up in position to take out the surrounding snipers as well as the two robots wielding the miniguns though they are now temporarily using their laser rifles again for a brief moment since it will be easier to hit the snipers located further away with them but once all the snipers are dealt with they will pick their miniguns back up again and start spraying the surrounding raiders that will most likely start panicking at that point in a similar manner to a chicken with its head cut off.
As for my other bots, they will start chucking half of their MFC Grenades once the snipers are taken care of, which is 5 grenades each so 40 grenades total are about to go off along with the Mini Nukes so fireworks should be pretty impressive, I honestly can’t wait.
I then got my three newly acquired Mini Nukes out and armed each one of them. As soon as they were all armed I took a pitcher stance and started chucking the Mini Nukes in rapid succession at the buildings that had the Missile Launcher-equipped raiders hiding. Once the Mini Nukes were airborne and as they were sailing towards their intended destinations they started producing a sound that I fondly remember from my time playing Fallout 4.
*Whistle*
*Whistle Whistle*
*Whistle Whistle Whistle*
“Ahh, I haven’t heard that sound in while thankfully it's not coming towards me.” I thought aloud before a moment later everything started rumbling.
*BOOOOOOOOOM*
*BOOOOOOOOOM*
*BOOOOOOOOOM*
Well, there's the signal time to start blasting.
