How to use your Transformative Talents responsibly

This story is my attempt to explore some of the shenanigans that magical talents with some capacity to change people dramatically could cause.

In this Universe everyone that reaches tier 15 can remodel their body to their liking (and also becomes immortal as a nice extra bonus).
To make bigger physical changes before then requires either the help of a healer, who reached a very high tier (very rare and hard to get to) or a special talent (also rare and semi-random).
Some of the above mentioned exploration will probably become NSFW, but i plan to separate those parts from the main story as best as possible (and warn and spoiler accordingly).
