Kazami Eichi a 15 year old young teenager starts his hobby of being An Observer Enthusiast and notices the flaws of society, but as time passes he starts getting bored of observing humans social life as he moves observing plots of novels and eventually come to like reading different world genre novels.

However one night he falls asleep as he comes across a chance he might never come across again if he let it go.
