Odd Inheritance

Adam Lane is the son of an aasimar and a sorcerer. Gifted with his father’s magical bloodline, he helps oversee the conservatory his family is tasked with protecting searching for poachers and trying to make sure no harm comes to the wildlife, magical or mundane. His life is relatively normal - if perhaps a little aimless - until during a life-or-death encounter he manages to manifest a halo. There is only one problem: Only the women in his family can be aasimar, so why is he beginning to show his mother’s celestial traits?

This is a short one shot story set very loosely in the Pathfinder universe. If it was not obvious from the blurb above, it’s about a young trans girl who has to come with the terms that she might not be cis. This is the first long form writing project I’ve managed to finish, so please enjoy this short little story, thank you!
