Penance Annihilation

A fan written story about the strongest MARVEL character to ever exist... Penance. Penances main powers are the ability to control lighting/electricity, super speed, and super strength, to infinite levels depending on the amount of pain he is in. This is basically "World War Hulk" but with a slim fitted character who can solo nearly every marvel character that's ever been made, aside from the all powerful ones like T.O.A.A. and T.O.B.A.

Robert "Robbie" Baldwin, a teen who is constantly met with loss, rejection, and hate gets pushed over the edge. Going crazy after getting denied to join a hero team due to being unstable, then a villain attacks and ruins his life, only to find out the team he asked to join could have stopped the villain but didn't. Robbie drops his mantle as speedball and takes matters into his own hands... after all, if you don't have anything to lose you don't have anything holding you back.
