War zone Wellness

In an alternative timeline of Earth, approximately two centuries in the future the planet is locked in constant war. The remnants of humanity fighting each other for power and survival, forgotten are the dreams of interstellar travel and other scientific achievements. Driven by greed and distrust one of the biggest organizations in this war plots to deal a devastating blow against the others but then the unimaginable happens. A technological advanced alien race takes all the big shots as hostages, now they have to use the power of...uh, is this correct? Yes? Okay....
