Jim’s World Remastered: An Accidental Single-Player LitRPG Adventure

Have you ever wondered what it would be like if gaming returned to a simpler time? A time when you didn’t get nickel and dimed the instant you booted up the game?

Jim found a nice solution to this little problem. He's the ace researcher at a state of the art technology company that is very close to unlocking realistic virtual reality. Not only sight and sound, but feel, taste and touch! It will be just like the real thing!

But being the epic nerd that he was, Jim had recently figured out the key to unlocking full simulation VR. Not only that, but he figured out how to install software inside his own head. Too bad he got fired because he locked himself in his office for the past two weeks without talking to anyone while on his discovery spree. Whatever, it's vacation time!

What should he do first? Make his noggin into the ultimate computer? Develop the next generation of VR games? Make the next VR-MMORPG to end all VR-MMORPGs?

Nah. Jim decided to revamp an old classic 16 bit RPG and see what his state of the art equipment will transform it into. Jim is going on an epic journey through his own special 3D new game plus version of his favorite old 2D game. It was time to kick some formerly pixel butt and install his new but old game right inside his head!
