Kouta is an orphan who lives in the rock village.

To join the Ninja Academy, it's different from other villages.

The Tsuchikage has to agree to your joining himself, all because of the person who defeated the 1000 shinobi of the Rock Village alone, in the ninja war 3.

This person made them make sure that "talent" defeats "Abundance".

Because of this, studying, training, and fights... all become difficult with the goal of creating an army that crushes Konoha village.

While the other villages were trying to live in peace, the Rock Village was trying to get revenge on Konoha in any way possible.
