What happens in Universe 7?

Goku saves the day again and again all in the northern part of the universe. But the rest of it is relatively unknown. Universe 7 is a blasted apart universe. Way before Goku was ever born two huge beings appeared and destroyed several planets, even killing Kaios in tandem with it. What happens in the reaches of a blasted apart universe? What happens out there in the West where people still live in a ruined universe?

This is that sort of story, to give a look at what MAY be happening in the background, so far away from the regular Canon.

A place where people scavenge from the blasted ruins of worlds and asteroids just to live another day. A space full of crime and violence, where our MC must pit his new form to survive in a bizarre, outlandish universe where aliens practice martial arts, use magic, have strange abilities and have access to deadly technology.
