XENO HUNTER: BLOOD OF FATE

Review: 8.2/10 from 8 ratings

After the death of his father and the tragic death of his older brother by the hands of a mysterious creature during an archaeological expedition, young Kazuki Kayne, a boy with the inability to speak, along with his family, live an impoverished life. Regardless of the hardships ahead, Kazuki wastes no time in reigniting his family's happiness by shouldering the burden of responsibilities thrusted upon him. On his way back from the market one day, Kazuki walks by two women who converse with eachother about the mass deaths of people living in the villages and cities of Japan, apparently caused by blood thirsty, man eating creatures called Xenos which only prowl the land at night. This intrigues and worries Kazuki. During a visit to the museum unveiling his brothers final archaeological findings, Kazuki deviates from his family and comes across a hidden, gigantic, humanoid skeleton with a strange cloth around its neck. After pulling it off and reading strange words written on it, the cloth takes a demonic looking form and violently fuses itself with Kazuki, knocking him out. Waking up at night and finding himself at home, Kazuki discovers that his ability to speak has been mysteriously restored, much to HIS and his family's surprise and joy. However, things suddenly take a turn for the worse when the Kayne residence is attacked by a Xeno that night, horrifically murdering his mother and two younger siblings, leaving only Kazuki and his beloved, blind, twin sister, Kaya, as the sole survivors. Joining forces with a mysterious, elite organisation called the Xeno Hunters, Kazuki and Kaya, fueled by hatred, swear vengeance for their family's death and embark on a quest to hunt down and kill their family's murderer, as well as every Xeno they face.
