Frostborn: The Journey of an Immortal

When the Frostland Niflheim and the Hellflame Muspelheim clashed in the Battle of Creations, the blazes of Ildguddom melted the icy core of livsguddom which gave rise to the 9 Titian Risars. Out of the nine, the last was born out of unfathomable fear of ceasing to exist; and an unnatural desire to never cease, as the last of the icy core melted away and the last of the blazing flame extinguished. Hence the last of the Risar, Udødelig, borne the curse of undying, the fruit of immortality.

Udødelig and the other Risars gave rise to the 9 great races which lived in harmony and tranquillity. Slowly and steadily, the passage of time took away the glowing lights of every Risars, except for Udødelig, who was bonded to the plains for eternity.

Fearing the race of The Immortal, the other 8 races combined forces and captured all the immortals in The Great War of Descent. They made all the remaining immortals infertile and put them in Sisyphus's chamber for the rest of infinity using the strongest know magic.

Several millennia later, it appears as though the prophecy of ødeleggelse was true and Ragnarok is nearing as the forces of Hel take command over the lands of the living. The only option left to turn the tide of the war is to enlist the help of the immortals... What will the world do?
