Former Neet VS Apocalyptic World

Regrowing limbs has always been challenge to modern medication. When a person's limb is torn off, if you are lucky, the surgeons might stitch them back together with some medical glue. The world leaders have felt that it was time to advance medication so they all put together a group geniuses.

Those geniuses were able to create something of what the leaders have ask for but the side effect was to terrible to be used and research has slowed down, causing funds to be cut. Unhappy with this, the group were determined to create the serum with the little fund they had. However, as one might say, 'Man propose, Heaven dispose'. Their plan failed and they created a monstrosity.

With the monster loose on the run, the world falls into a terrible situation.

However, there lied a Neet that might or might not save the world...
