Halberd is a man keen on not dying, even if the world usually seems to try its best to accomplish this. His entire life, Halberd has avoided danger mostly but had many close calls. Death has always been on his doorstep, it seems.

A new entity knocks on Halbred's door one night, but this person claims to be an interdimensional being that is looking for someone like him. Halberd is forced into a contract and must become an interdimensional serial killer to get the Reincarnations and Transmigrators to the worlds they are needed on.

Things only get worse as targets avoid his attempts, and things at the office get worse. The other gods need their saviors to guide them, and it's Halberd's job to get them to where they need to go.
